REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be available
• Proof of purchase must be provided

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be returned:

• Used products
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse
• Customized or personalized items
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Step 2:
Provide:
• Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Photos if product is damaged

Step 3:
Wait for return approval instructions.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be returned to the original payment method.
• COD refunds may be transferred to a customer bank account or other approved method.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to our error, we may cover return shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

  1. REFUND APPROVAL

Refund approval is subject to inspection and compliance with this policy.
